For one, they started requiring website approval, which for some reason was suddenly hard to pass. Most of my sites ended up being rejected. Fact is, I'd been removing it from my sites anyway. The ads rarely related to my content, and were more of a distraction than a worthwhile addition. Still a decent way to make a few extra pennies, but there are better ways you could spend your time.
